PsycheWise

This is not traditional therapy.

And it’s not performance-oriented coaching.

Experiential consulting is:

Flow State Conversation

In-the-Moment Envisioning

Mind-Body-Spirit Process

Helping you see more clearly—how you think, how you feel,

and how you move through your life and relationships.

We work with what is present, not just what is planned.

With foundations in Ericksonian trance, paradox/non-dualism, parts work and somatic attunement.

About Dr. Josie

I’m a licensed psychologist & author (PsyD) with an integrative, experiential approach to personal growth work. Drawing from mindfulness-based cognitive behaviorism, relational dynamics, somatic awareness, and Ericksonian+shamanic trance models.

Trained by Stephen Gilligan, PhD who worked directly with hypnotherapy pioneer Milton Erickson, MD. Additionally, I have trained with Steven Hayes, PhD - founder of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Peter Levine, PhD - founder of Somatic Experiencing® (SE). I am also certified as a shamanic practitioner, and well-versed in entheogenic journeys.

My work is less about directing change and more about creating the conditions where insight and movement can emerge naturally.
